The Bulgarian association for qualitative language services was established in the year 2000 with the financial and expert help of British Council, Bulgaria. OPTIMA has set the ambitious objective to guarantee quality of the foreign language education for the member-organizations with respect to the clients as well as to the teachers and administrative collaborators.
OPTIMA deals in close interaction with the European Association for Qualitative Language Services EAQUALS. Through thorough inspection and assessment of the work of its members with regard to clients’ service, the process of teaching, necessary equipment, administrative and academic management, OPTIMA has already successfully introduced in Bulgaria the unified European standards in the field of foreign language education.
