BUSINESS RESULT Starter is a beginners’ course that lays the foundation of English in the business environment. It explores key points such as email writing, phone calls, face-to-face communication so as to prepare you to use the language at a basic level in a variety of typical situations.
To work with a vocabulary suitable for a business environment; you will become aware of concepts related to the workplace, company departments, office materials, your role and responsibilities, to arrange and organize business meetings; to present yourself, the position you hold and the company you work for; to use a certain number of grammatical units sufficient to communicate at this basic level; to give instructions, order products, accept or reject invitations; to write short messages and requests.

My tutor is a unique professional! Idea/Recommendation - when training IT people (like our group), a module could be inserted that is missing in the standard textbook and curriculum, but would be useful from the start - for additional email writing and IT-oriented information.
