These certificates are required for applications to foreign universities as well as for jobs in international corporations. Preparing for international certificates usually requires more time, so if you are going to apply, you should allow at least 6 months for preparation.
The Cambridge certificates are perpetual and the others have a 2 year statute of limitations.
The learning systems we use to prepare you are from leading English publishers Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press and Pearson Longman, and exam preparation can take place in both group and individual formats.
In order to take the exam, in addition to the preparation we offer, you need to request an exam date at a certified exam center. Intellect can provide you with a discounted price for taking the exam.
IELTS is a British exam, its American equivalent being the iBT TOEFL. Almost all European universities recognise both exams, and it is a matter of personal judgement which one you take. The iBT TOEFL is considered the easier exam, while the IELTS is more in-depth.
