Learners will learn the basics of the language. Upon its completion, they will be able to hold a simple conversation, talk about themselves and their preferences. At the end of the course learners will be able to read short and simple texts and will have sufficient vocabulary to express their everyday needs.
To meet, introduce and greet other people; to say a few words about your tastes and interests; to be able to thank and apologize; to ask for and give information about your name, job, family status, address, etc.; to understand when you are offered to do something; when a meeting is arranged; to use short and simple sentences to talk about what you did, where you were and what you saw; to read a simple text including directions, working hours, a short message and simple newspaper or magazine articles; to fill in forms (e.g. a hotel registration form or a visa application; to write short messages for arranging a meeting; to accept or extend an invitation.
